Layanan ini disosialisasikan sebagai sarana pelaporan cepat bagi masyarakat dalam kondisi darurat.<\/p>\n<p>Kapolres Pasuruan, AKBP Harto Agung Cahyono, menegaskan bahwa masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan layanan tersebut untuk berbagai kejadian yang membutuhkan penanganan segera.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCall Center 110 ini kami siapkan agar masyarakat bisa melapor dengan cepat. Setiap laporan yang masuk akan langsung kami tindak lanjuti secara responsif oleh petugas di lapangan,\u201d ujarnya di Mapolres Pasuruan, Kamis (2\/4\/26).<\/p>\n<p>Layanan 110 merupakan fasilitas dari Kepolisian Republik Indonesia yang terintegrasi dengan sistem di Mabes Polri. Setiap laporan yang masuk dapat dipantau secara menyeluruh, termasuk proses penanganannya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Harto, sistem ini juga menjadi bentuk transparansi dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja anggota di lapangan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSemua laporan terpantau di sistem pusat, sehingga penanganannya bisa diawasi dan dievaluasi. Ini juga untuk memastikan pelayanan kami berjalan maksimal,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Berbagai laporan yang bisa disampaikan melalui layanan ini meliputi tindak kejahatan, kecelakaan lalu lintas, aksi geng motor, hingga bencana alam. Selain itu, masyarakat juga dapat melaporkan dugaan pelanggaran yang dilakukan oknum anggota kepolisian.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami pastikan masyarakat tidak perlu ragu untuk melapor.
